The exciting news is that over the last few weeks I have been in discussions about the adaptation of Benedict's Brother into a film. I've been invited all-expenses paid to Cannes Film Festival this year and major publishers have now approached me about the rights to the book. I am now represented by Julian Friedmann of BlakeFriedmann Literary, TV and Film Agency, one of the country's leading agencies. I will be chatting about these and other exciting developments and doing a reading at a Literary Afternoon Tea I am hosting on 7th June at the Queen's Hotel, Bournemouth. Click on the link below or email the hotel direct . I'd love to see you so you can share in my good news.

I had great fun reading my new work for the first time in 3 years at Poole Literary Festival in November. I'll be posting a review of the event soon . . . needless to say a good time was had by all!
By far the most favourite passage for readers in Benedict's Brother seems to be "Monks on Motorbikes". I LOVED writing it!. Do let me know your choice via the forum pages..
